Looking for an unusual activity near Gap or Veynes?

Discover canyoning at the gateway to Dévoluy on the Barulot site. It’s a refreshing dip in the heart of a natural “aqualand”. It’s a fabulous playground that you can discover by jumping into pools and sliding down sumptuous waterfalls… A good time guaranteed!

TECHNICAL DATA SHEET :

  • Location: Montmaur (Hautes Alpes).
  • Ages 8 and up.
  • Duration: 1h45 in the water (allow half a day).
  • Approach time: 15 minutes.
  • Equipment provided: full neoprene wetsuit, helmet and group equipment.
  • What to bring: swimming costume, sports shoes or hiking boots (which will be wet), energy food (cereal bars, dried fruit, etc.), a bottle of water.
  • Price: From €48 for individuals (please contact us for other prices or special requests).

Difficulty: Ideal for the whole family, with jumps, abseils and slides.

  • Rappel: 25 metres.
  • Slides: 4 metres.
  • Jumps: 2 metres.
  • 2 zip-lines.

Activity location

  • Activity available from June to September.
  • Schedules are subject to availability.
  • You can indicate your preference when making an appointment.
  • You will then receive full details of your activity (address, contact details and practical information).
  • In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions, the activity will simply be postponed or cancelled.
  • Bring your sports shoes, a backpack with water bottle and a snack.
  • You’ll meet the guide and other participants at the specified location (see map provided): our BE instructor will welcome you and fit you out.
  • All equipment required for the activity will be provided and explained:
    • via ferrata: helmets, harnesses, dynamic lanyards
    • canyoning: neoprene wetsuits, helmets, harnesses
    • The equipment complies with CE standards and is inspected before each use.
  • The various stages of the activity and safety rules will be explained to you before you set off (briefing).
